BA Economics Honours Eligibility

To take admission to BA Economics Honours, you must first check its eligibility criteria to proceed further.

First, you should have to complete 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized educational Board.

Aspirants must have scored at least 50% marks in their 10+2. Some colleges give preference to those students who have studied economics as a main subject in their 10+2.

Some colleges take admission on the basis of 10+2 marks [on merit] and some others conduct entrance exams to take admission.

BA Economics Admission Process

All the colleges and educational institutions across the country adopt one of two methods to take admission in this course, either they choose merit-based income or an entrance exam based. In merit-based, students have to apply for admission on the basis of marks scored by them in their 10+2, while in entrance-based, aspirants have to appear in the entrance exam conducted by the university and after that, the rank is calculated on the basis of the result of the entrance exam.
